I am delighted to report that the medical report today showed that more than 90% of the clots in Pat's legs have dissolved leaving only one small one which is not causing any problem because the blood is flowing through it normally. This is indeed a miracle considering that both legs were full of clots.
In regard to the massive saddle clot in her lungs, with two adjacent side clots, the massive middle one has totally dissolved leaving only a few smaller ones on the sides.
All of this in two weeks when the doctors had anticipated it taking months! The doctor said it was remarkable. We give God all the glory!
The doctor has given the clearance for the operation to proceed to remove the bowel tumour. The specialist concerned is hoping to do it with keyhole surgery. It is hoped the operation will take place within the next two weeks.
We are now praying that the surgery will be minimal because the doctors will find the tumour has been dissolved.
Thank you for your love, support and prayers,
love in Jesus,
Bill and Pat

Tests this week

Bill is doing a tremendous job supporting Pat.
Pat has improved in health and strength during her time at home and this week she undergoes tests to determine whether the clots have dissolved to the extent that they can operate next Wednesday March 5. We are believing for wonderful results.
The family gathers each morning at 9am to pray with Pat. If you can pray as well at 9am wherever you are, that unity will be especially powerful. Thank you.

Proclaim the Scripture

Banner made by Pat's grand daughter Kathryn
Pat has had a comfortable week at home.
Bill has been reading scripture aloud every day throughout the house. There is a tremendous anointing being established. When scripture is proclaimed with belief God moves. Here are a few scriptures as an example:
Psalm 91:14-16
14 “Because he has set his love upon Me, therefore I will deliver him; I will set him on high, because he has known My name.
15 He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him and honor him.
16 With long life I will satisfy him, And show him My salvation.”
Malachi 4:2-3
2 But to you who fear My name The Sun of Righteousness shall arise With healing in His wings; And you shall go out And grow fat like stall-fed calves.
3 You shall trample the wicked, For they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet On the day that I do this,” Says the Lord of hosts.
1 Peter 2:24
who Himself bore our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live for righteousness— by whose stripes you were healed.

Break from Hospital
We have left the hospital for awhile - but the flowers came home. Thanks everyone for your kind thoughts and prayers.
Today Pat has come home from hospital while the treatment for the blood clots continues. Pat still tires easily and needs rest. PLEASE DO NOT CALL OR VISIT WITHOUT CHECKING first with Candice 627 9015 ext 3 as Pat cannot cope with multiple visitors.
Pat is resting and waiting for the clots to dissolve. It may take 2 - 4 weeks for this to happen but we are believing for this to happen earlier. Please prayerfully stand in agreement with us for these clots to dissipate. Once they do, the operation to remove the tumour can go ahead.
Thank you for your prayers and emails. We continue to value your prayers at this time.

Prayer
Today Pat seems a lot more alert and better than previous days.
Over the last few days there have been some times of incredible anointing in the room around Pat.
Several people have prayed with Bill and Pat. There have also been several encouraging Words given. We have also been reading scripture aloud as a proclaimation. Please agree with the family for progress and healing.
Medically, treatment continues for the clots. One is a "saddle" clot on the lungs which can be extremely dangerous. We rely on the grace of God to preserve Pat and for continued progress.

Chapel
Todays highlight was going to a church service at the hospital. Our friends from St Johns Presbyterian in Mt Roskill took the service. It is great to see teams going out to serve others in ways like this.
Pat continues the treatment for the blood clots. She is feeling well and wants to come home - a sure sign of improvement.

Comfortable today
Pat is comfortable today and in a stable condition. We have had some positive reports about haemoglobin levels and her breathing. We are believing that the clots will continue to reduce as a result of prayer and medication.
Pats friend Barbara and a pastor both prayed with her yesterday and both times there was a tremendous anointing. Barbara had a prophetic word for Pat and Bill on saturday before the crisis which has been a big encouragement to us.
She needs more rest so can only cope with short visits. Please do not phone her directly. Pat is planning on attending Chapel at the hospital tomorrow. Through all this she has been a strong witness for God and an encourager.
Bill continues to be with Pat all day. Maria has joined him after returning from Sydney to be here.
Pat and the family value your prayers and support.

Blood clots
Pat continues to receive treatment for the blood clots. Until these are controlled or dissolved it is unsafe to do any operation to remove the tumour.
We would be deeply grateful if you could believe with us for God to supernaturally remove these clots so the operation can take place.
Please continue to pray for Pat and the family during this time.
